These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of the ph355 online gaming platform, accessible at ph355.org and any related sub-domains (the "Platform"). ph355 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by ph355 may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.
Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single Player, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. ph355 may conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks, including identity verification and source-of-funds checks, at any point during the Account lifecycle.
ph355 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline any registration application or to close an Account where it reasonably suspects that the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 have not been met, or where inaccurate or misleading information has been provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph355 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes (OTPs) with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are being used will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held liable accordingly.
You must notify ph355 immediately if you become aware or suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. ph355 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access that arises due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
ph355 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number. While ph355 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across the Platform, enabling 2FA provides a materially important additional layer of protection for your Account and Balance.
ph355 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and other payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) and credited to your Account Balance in real time, subject to the processing timelines of the relevant payment provider.
ph355 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be reversed, and your Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by fully KYC-verified Players. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the original deposit, subject to ph355's anti-money laundering obligations. ph355 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes for verified Accounts; however, processing times may vary depending on payment provider infrastructure and transaction volumes.
ph355 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any outstanding KYC verification, investigation into potential fraud, or breach of these Terms. Where a withdrawal is withheld pursuant to a fraud investigation, ph355 will notify the Player within a reasonable time frame and cooperate with PAGCOR as required.
ph355 may offer Bonus Funds, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions at its discretion. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, including applicable Wagering Requirements, time limits, eligible Games, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.
Where a conflict exists between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion only.
Misuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, wagering in a manner designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements, or placing lay bets on external platforms to hedge bonus wagers — will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account termination.
All Games on the ph355 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested and audited by accredited third-party laboratories. Game results are determined solely by the RNG and are neither predetermined nor influenced by ph355 or any third party after a bet has been placed.
Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of game rounds. Short-term individual session results may vary materially from the stated RTP. ph355 does not guarantee any particular outcome for any individual gaming session.
In the event of a technical malfunction that disrupts a game round — including but not limited to disconnections, server errors, or display errors — ph355 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the Player's Balance. Winnings displayed as a result of a technical error are not valid and will not be honoured.
You must not engage in any conduct that ph355, in its reasonable judgment, determines to be harmful, dishonest, or in violation of applicable law or PAGCOR regulations. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
ph355 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close an Account and forfeit all Balances where prohibited conduct is established or reasonably suspected, and to report such conduct to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities as required.
All content on the ph355 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game assets, text, graphics, software code, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of ph355 Gaming Corporation or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
You may access the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written consent from ph355 is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph355 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming session progress caused by technical faults beyond ph355's reasonable control.
ph355's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.
If you have a dispute regarding any game outcome, transaction, bonus, or Account action, you must first contact ph355 customer support via the live chat function available on the Platform and allow ph355 a reasonable period of not less than fifteen (15) calendar days to investigate and respond.
If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction following ph355's response, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. ph355 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation and will abide by any PAGCOR determination made in relation to the dispute.
ph355 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via the registered mobile number or, where available, the email address associated with the Account, no less than seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not reduce Player rights — may be made without prior notice.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
